When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours. Our policy is to ship most orders within 1 - 2 business days. Some items require longer lead-times for shipment and are noted on the product page. You will receive an email if there will be a delay in fulfilling your order.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and we will refund the full price less shipping and handling. We do not accept returns on any engraved or personalized items. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will not charge your credit card for any backordered items until just before they are shipped. We do, however, require upfront payment, and we will charge your credit card, for any special order items that we do not normally stock or that require long lead-times. Those items are noted on the product page.
We require a minimum order of $15.00.

Our shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order as outlined below. Standard delivery is by UPS Ground Service and takes approximately 4-9 business days. Faster delivery methods may be selected for an additional fee.

International orders are typically shipped via either Airmail or US Global Express Mail and shipping charges are NOT calculated automatically on the Order Form. We will notify you via email of anticipated shipping costs and ask that you confirm how we should proceed.
Please note that we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped within California.
